How to install your signature

Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste with Cmd/Ctrl + V → Save changes.

Outlook (new / web): Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste into the signature box → Save.

Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → create one, then paste. Keep “Always match my default message font” unchecked.
